New! PRIME Snow Blowers 15-26 GPM (72″, 78″, 84″)
Wiring Harness Options:
-Universal wire harness +$400
-14 pin (JD, Kubota, New Holland, etc.) +$ 500 wiring harness
-7 pin (Bobcat) +$650
Flow gpm range/rates required? Anything 15-26 Gpm will run these blowers just fine. Just like the brush mowers however the higher the flow rate the better performance you will get.
How tall is the intake opening? Cutting edge to the top of the blower intake is 32”
Are there standard and high flow options? We just have standard flow options currently. We will be looking to add hi flow options in the future but are not at that point yet.
Are they direct drive? Technically yes. Direct drive being that the attachment pieces, i.e. the auger and the fan, are run by direct motor power without a gearbox.
Approx. distance of snow throw? Up to 40ft. This obviously depends on the flow from your skidsteer.
Hydraulic chute rotate and angle options? Hydraulic chute rotate and hydraulic chute angle are standard. They are built into the hydraulic manifold design from step 1. For older machines with only one electric auxiliary button in the cab, we do offer a manual linkage for the chute tilt. The chute rotate will always be hydraulic.
Steel gauge/thickness? Hull:3/16” Sides:1/4” Auger Paddles: ¼” Fan3/8” Fan Paddles: ¼”
Fan diameter and number of blades? 36” Fan Diameter with 4 heavy duty paddels with gussets for reinforcement.
Auger size? 18” across both sides of the center auger paddle. Which is the widest point in the auger.
Reversible/replaceable cutting edge? Yes. We use the same reversible bolt on cutting edges as you will find on the Prime Snow Bucket, Snow Blade, and other attachments.
Adjustable shoes? We do put adjustable side shoes on the Snow Blowers.
Can wiring harness be custom to plug into various brand machines aux wiring harness or is it a generic remote? We currently make the wiring harness’s custom to their Skid Steer. We also have a manual control option for older Skid Steer’s without the electric hookup. The manual controller only needs a 12 volt hook up which can run thru the 12v aux power (cigarette lighter) Extra charges apply depending on machine wiring required.
