Prime’s 2-prong Bale Spear for skid steer loaders has two spears located at the base of the attachment. This gives it the capability to lift large square bales as well as round ones.
Both spears are 49″ long, 1-¾” thick, and are German forged. The frame of Prime’s 2-Prong Bale Spear is constructed from 3″x 3″ steel tubing. The 2-Prong Bale Spear can also be used as a pallet fork if used to lift lighter material.

Prime’s standard 3-Prong Bale Spear for skid steer loaders features one 49″ long, 1-3/4″ diameter spear in the center of the attachment. This high-quality primary tine is German forged and offers a 2,700 lb. load capacity.
Two lower stabilizing spears are located on the bottom of the attachment to prevent the bale from rolling and swinging while being moved. The stabilizing spears are zinc plated, 1-1/4″ in diameter, and are attached by nuts and bolts. All three spears are replaceable. The frame of Prime’s standard Bale Spear is made of 3″x 3″ steel tubing to provide years of use in the toughest applications.
