Just purchased my third rig
Met with Jacob, figured out what walk through forks were right for me, did some paperwork, he helped me load and tie it to my trailer and I was on my way. Clean quick process, Just the way I like it. I look forward to my next purchase.
Grapple hunting
When we bought our tractor, the seller told us to go here for a grapple because they were the best around and he wasn’t kidding! Riggs was amazing. We have never experienced such customer service and consideration from a supplier before. Jacob was able to answer all our questions, loaded the grapple into the truck and assured us that they are there for us with any questions or problems we may have.
A great company
I bought a tree puller today, from Jacob at Rigs 4 Less. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When I got home I realized that the hydraulic couplers on the puller wouldn’t work with the ones on my tractor. I called Jacob, he had the correct fittings in stock and swapped them out for me for no additional charge. The price was good and he gave me a military discount. I’m very happy with this purchase and will recommend this outfit to my friends.
Prime rock grapple for skid steer
Purchased the 62″ Prime Rock Grapple from Rigs 4 less in Wisconsin, and had an excellent service from Jacob and the company.
I live in Alaska and up here of course things are very expensive and hard to get. Most companies don’t ship to Alaska and I hear it all the we are sorry but we don”t ship to Alaska. But these guys have no problem shipping to Alaska. Their shipping was great thur Saia and
lynden freight and it was delivered to my house. The Prime attachment is made in the USA not some cheap knot off from China. Very pleased with construction of the Rock Grapple from Prime grease fitting on all points with pins not just bolts as the cheap ones have. I give it 5 Stars.
Very Happy with Skid Loader Forks
I own a 40 year old skid loader and modern forks would not fit it. Jacob Steffen was a very good and helpful salesman. With the help from him and their mechanic department they were able to fabricate the forks I bought to fit my skid loader.
